【プラグイン不要】映像の中からフリッカーを消す方法！Adobe Premiere Pro

今回は「映像の中からフリッカーを削除する方法」についてご紹介します。
フリッカーとは蛍光灯などの周波数の影響で画面がちらつくことを言います。
通常のフレームレートの24Pや30Pなどの撮影時であればシャッタースピードを調整すればflickerはでないんですが、、、困るのがスーパースロー撮影時です！
僕の持っているSonyのα7IIIは最高120fpsのスローが撮影できるんですが、120fpsで撮影するとシャッタースピードが1/125以下に下がらないんです。。。
フリッカーを削除する有料のプラグインなどは結構あるんですが、今回はプラグインを一切使用せず、Premire Pro内でフリッカーを削除できる方法をご説明します！

※今回の映像は比較的カメラの動きも対象物の動きも穏やかなものでしたが、かなり激しめに動くような場合はこの方法が使えない可能性があるのでお気をつけください。
